My Son and DIL have used Banfield for 5 years - they have a black lab. The one thing I don't like about Banfield is the fact you
have to drop them off and leave them for checkups, shots, etc. You don't get any interaction with the Vet and to me that's very important.
Their Banfield is inside Petsmart in Tulsa. Not sure about other cities.
