Great point, Jeannie. Unfortunately, the dogs are what's in jeopardy with this kind of thinking. By limiting the lines able to be brought in, it will turn these beautiful Biewers from "rare breed" to extinct! I'd rather keep them rare, and wait for AKC recognition -- if it ever goes that far. It's too bad that there are those who only want the "glory" and "recognition" at the cost of the breed.
