I use it for my two because of the included benefits. I use the plan that's $25.99 a month. I can't remember which one it is. The closest Banfield to us, has a really crappy vet that almost killed Chip, but the next closest one to us (like 10-15 minutes away) is soooo much better and they saved Chip's life like 3 times when he had vaccine reactions. They were also very compassionate and caring when we put our cat to sleep in April and stayed 3 hours late with us twice when we brought her in for emergencies when she started getting sick. I couldn't be happier with them.
