Well, it's not insurance, per se - it's just a plan that covers some things each year. I think it's okay plan the FIRST year - i.e., the Puppy Plan - as long as there is a good vet at the hospital you use. Because the first year includes a ton of stuff - I used it for Marcel and had a pretty good vet, who also listened to all my online research
. After the first year, I don't think it really pays off much.
