That is so...sad to give a dog up because of allergies and.....to put him outside when he's not use to that.
I'm guessing he's still available cause I could bring up all the info and his pic up when I clicked on the link. It said where he cough's when he's on a leash cause he pulls. Probably cause they hook the leash to his collar.
I hope this cutie finds a good home soon.
