Not to take anything away from Paulo but...Miley's puppy was born on 8/4/2007 in Republic Missouri, and delivered to her hotel room before a concert appearance in Dallas Tx. There are only five other puppies with the same parents and will be no more. This was the first time the pair were bred. Parent's call names are Sydney (DAD) and Abbey(MOM). Just cool facts.
