I just bought some of the gel too, and wow...it is some THICK stuff! I did the same thing you did, I didn't think I used much, but Darcy looked all stringy with it. The next day, I took her topknot out and re-combed everything and put it back up, and it seemed to help. I don't know if some of it was absorbed by her hair, or she rubbed it off on the carpet!
Anyhow, the second day, after recombing, I noticed how neat she looked. Husband even asked if I had trimmed around her eyebrows and face because it was so smooth. This stuff REALLY works if you use the correct amount.
Now that I have used it a few times, I just open the jar and just TOUCH the gel with my ring and middle finger, just barely touch it, and just that little dab is all you need! |
