EVERYTHING should be taken into consideration. Something is definatly affecting her. Could be food or treats. Could be detergent or fabric softner. Could be dust. Could be shampoo and / or conditioner or anything else that you might put on her.

My advice would be to change detergent to the free of everything kind, no more fabric softener, vacuum as much as you can, take a look at her food and treats, and DEFINATLY stop using human/child shampoo and NO conditioner, as they are probably leaving a residue on her skin - find a shampoo that is for dog/skin issues (The Coat Handler is one). She could also have a Yeast infection.
