I would stop the Wellness immediately - I'm a little concerned there may be something wrong with this bag of food (save the bag in case you need it tested). How old/new is this bag of food, btw?
Anyway, can you get to a good pet food boutique? I'd suggest Natures Variety Duck Meal & Turkey or perhaps Canidae.
