I was just wondering if all of you took your babies to get puppycuts at a groomer. Have any of you done it yourself instead? I've read some really awful stories about incompetent groomers and was hoping I could learn a little basic grooming before I get my baby. When I was a kid we had schnauzers and I used to help cut their hair...
hehehe but I wouldn't really want my yorkie to have a schnauzer cut. Do groomers use clippers for the puppy cut, and if so what number blades. Also, I was wondering if cutting the hair changes it's texture or if it would still be able to grow out as long and as silky. Thanks!
