That's interesting. I didn't have to pay on the parcel I got, so I'm guessing my buddy won't have to pay either. I didn't even know exactly how much I paid for everything in the box, and it totally slipped my mind what some of the stuff in it was! The post office guy seemed very impatient so I just wrote down "dog toys" and an approximate amount I spent. And I really have no idea what I spent. I guess next time I should be more prepared.
And now that I'm thinking about it more, when I ordered some GE stuff from the states, I was told she put it down as $15 worth of stuff so I wouldn't have to pay.
