That is crazy!! What do they think they are going to do in a case under the seat?? Now that they charge for checked luggage people with huge carry ons should get charged not the people with a little puppy under the seat. My husbands company usually flies us United, they have never mentioned it was an extra charge for the dog, I guess I am going to have to find out.
