Aww, that's so sweet. I've never seen any of my babies teeth. I saw the picture of the teeth. Bernie's looked just like that. He had those same teeth pulled yesterday when he was neutered, and the vet said that it was good that I opted to have them pulled because the roots on these teeth are really long and lots of times they don't come out on their own. Since she's already spayed, you could just give it some time and see. The problem with the double teeth is tartar buildup. I'd wait it out for a little while at least.
