This is was was required from us to bring when picking up our puppy:
# Nutri-Cal or Nutri-Stat
# Baby wipes or damp paper towels and a dry towel
# Fresh newspaper for the crate
# Garbage bag or plastic bag for soiled newspaper
# Bottled water and some treats or food
# Leash and collar
