JMO but when taking them to a class, maybe it would be best to leave the fru fru at home, and just concentrate on the class. there is a time and place for everything and this was an obedience class, not a fashion show.
If someone over dressed their child for school, the child would no doubt get negative comments also, and maybe even pushed in the mud puddle.
I don't mean to sound negative and i am not defending the rudef comments, just looking at it from the other side. |
I dress her everyday so I didnt see it was being overdressed. I also took into account that it was a class and put her in a very simple casual dress that just had polka dots for decoration and a few casual patches. There was no tulle or crystals or glitter. I dont know, I didnt see it as me wanting attention for her because she gets attention even if shes naked. I just like to dress her up--she has a lot of clothes and bows and I like to use them. I see what youre saying but if you saw the outfit you wouldnt think it was too fancy.
