Bought this from G.W Little for $59 + shipping. We ripped off the tags when we tried it on. And it was really cute and were planning to keep it. But after buying some more harnesses we never got around to using it. We still have the tags but they are detached. Velcro adjustable but will fit chest size 10'' to 12'' best. |
