Give him time.
Maybe after awhile he'll come around.
Mine was kinda like that when I got my first one 10 years ago.
He didn't want an inside dog ..Period.
He tried to ignore her for about 3 days.
The pup refuse to leave him alone, she played with his feet,
bark at him and would just sit and stare at him.
He couldn't stand it and reached down to pet her...That was all it took.
This girl became his side kick and she just loves him to death.
NOW.. we have several.
He lays in the floor ...they climb all over him, he play peak a boo with them.
If he naps on the couch, there is always 3 or 4 that is napping with him.
His favorite part of the day is when we sit outside and plays with them.
He thinks they are cute when dressed up.
He sits and brushes them.
He takes them for car rides and doesn't mind showing them off.
When I breed a litter, he falls in love with the puppies and hates to let any of them go.
And if he don't like you, you won't get one of the pups either..
We refer to each other as mom and dad.
And they know who we are talking about.
If I say go see daddy.. they take off looking for him.
or he'll say go see mom and they will come looking for me...
It's so nice to be married to a he-man with such a big loving heart..
