Wow, I thought my dh was tough! He HATED my parrots (it was mutual
), barely tolerated my cats; but once we got Max (our first Yorkie), he was totally IN LOVE! He's not home except on the weekends most of the time, and when he's here, he wants Max with him constantly. He makes sure he's covered up on the bed so the fan won't blow on him, if he takes a nap in the afternoons, he takes Max with him. It's pretty cute (most of the time....he can also go a little overboard sometimes, like when the sprinklers have just gone off and the dogs need to go potty....he'll say "they're going to get all wet"....I'm like, "they don't care if their feet get wet, they have to GO", LOL. I can't imagine anyone not falling in love with these little cutie pie love bugs!
My dh isn't CRAZY about me dressing them, but he actually thinks their clothes are cute. And we hardly go out to dinner anywhere anymore unless we can take the dogs with us, which is why we frequent a lot of places with outdoor seating.
Guess I have to give my dh a LITTLE credit when it's due
