I'm in the same boat as you. I had Cassi spayed at 6 months. She also had the double row of bottom canine teeth and it just fell out 2 weeks ago, when she was 7.5 months. Now, I'm waiting for her top two canines to fall out. I've been checking them on a daily basis. I'm going to give it another month or two, if they don't fall out then, I'll probably take her to vet to have them extracted. As of now, I've been brushing her teeth every 2-3 days to make sure that she doesn't have food caught in between the two teeth.
