I agree with lexisnana. I have a tattoo also and got it when I was 17 (it's on my lower back, near my tailbone area). Are you sure you want to have the tattoo on your shoulder? Just remember the tattoo will be there forever. My cousin had a tattoo band around her arm and I tried to convince her not to do it, but she didn't listen and went ahead...and now she completely regrets it. She's always embarrassed to wear sleaveless shirts, dresses, etc.
