Good idea to rule out anything physical. The seizures would concern me. Could they be stressed induced? Could he be worried that ya'll are going to be leaving him at this new place? Try taking him for walks and let him see the sights and smells of his new neighborhood. I think taking him out to places and coming home as much as possible along with some extra attention will help him to realize this is now home. I don't know if there are any other YT'ers close enough to do a playdate, but that might help too. Some just don't take to change as well as others, give him some extra lovin' and time to adjust. Poor guy.
