I stopped for a minute and thought what can I do, I know they are open. Then it dawned on me that I had to PUSH the door open. I did so and the receptionist which is 5 ft away from the door looked horrified at my difficulties and gave me a funny look. I tried to cover up my foolishness by saying "OH I was checking something" *nervous laugh*.... lol UGH

I used to live in S FL and I just had a thought. You know why you didn't think to push the doors? The buliding code states that doors must open out so you're probably so used to pulling doors open that doesn't even occur to you to push. See, it wasn't your fault at all!
