I don't know how she made her shot, but this is how you can do it with the Photoscape program. Get a background paper you like. For example, I got the paper in your album, all you need is a small square or rectangle of background paper. Open it with the editor part of the program and chose "Object" at the lower left hand corner. It will show you a "T" and a double "T" choose one of these. The T stands for text, and you use this if you want to add words to your pictures. First picture is your paper with the word Moose written on it, and the second picture is a program picture showing where you will find the Text tool.
