It's really important to get a fecal test asap, since he's a puppy - so it's great that you're going to the vet.
The food, unfortunately, is really poor and might be irritating is system too. Do you have access to a quality pet boutique/pet store where they sell good pet foods? Maybe try something like Natures Variety, Canidae, Wellness.
