I am trying to think of the human name for something right now and it's escaping me - but it's "secretory" or "leaky" something, where you suddenly just GO - and there is no warning and no control.
It could be diet related, ibs/ibd/colitis, could even be spastic colon or something - but it doesn't sound like something the little guy can control, really.
Has he had a fecal test ever? What are you feeding him? Did he ever have an intestinal issue or infection as a pup? I would get him to the vet for testing.
