I was wondering - how long did this episode occur after her last meal? I was also trying to remember if you've had a full blood panel done on her - I think you did after the last episode, is that right? Usually, pups outgrow hypoglycemia around 4 mths or so - so I wonder if there could be anything more going on here. It may just take her longer to outgrow it, but it might not hurt to get a blood panel - and/or bile acid testing. Have you tried feeding frequent meals too?
She is so cute, btw.
