You can't go by any of those growth charts or other's Yorkies, it's pretty much just a wait and see. Lilly was tiny when we got her and stayed tiny pretty much the whole time she was a puppy. She now weighs in at a whopping 8 - 9 lbs.
She's still small to me but she's also my little ham.
