My baby is acting very odd as she usually does when she is going into heat but I am not so sure this is the issue today.

I left her with my Mom on Friday, and she was well, and then I get a call yesterday she was acting odd and not eating (she is the greadiest dog on earth). When I got to her thismorning she was very numb like and her stomach was growling like a HUMAN. She is very distant as well.

Should I take her to the vet or are there something I should try first?
