If she likes wet dog food then feed her that. The only concern i would have would be her teeth. if you do feed wet food just make sure you brush her teeth a little more attentively.
I am in no way an expert on this, but there are a lot ppl who do.
I wouldnt recommend going specifically on baby food unless a credible source tells you so.
If she is still a puppy then she will need a lot of nutrients and balance in her diet.
But like i said i dont really know too much about this.
