I want a puppy up to MY standards, and I'll wait to get one from a reputable breeder, even one who may have one bitch/sire with a slight fault like a domed head (good breeders admit to their dog's faults but don't breed ones with major ones. They would critique their dogs). Would anyone deem this wrong? I'm curious. |
I think it's fine to go with the look you want as long as you're buying from a reputable breeder. Face structure is partly preference on the breeder's part as well. However, I would highly suggest you stay away from dome-headed yorkies as that is a major fault, and you may be risking hydrocephalis
