Really tough to say. Since he just had heatstroke on Monday and you had him out today, he could still be kind of sensitive - was it hot out today? Was he ever out of your sight where he could've gotten into something?
Is his tummy bloated or hard? Does he seem "alert and with it"? Will he eat a treat if you offer it? Did he drink enough after being outside?
I mean, he could just be worn out. But, your gut is telling you something here too - if he's acting this out of character.
