There are ads in my local paper for places in WV that sell numerous breeds of puppies. One even says "$100 off with this ad". I hope all states establish better laws reguarding puppy mills. I know one that exists near me but they are not breaking any laws. I can't wait for the laws to get better one day and them be shut down! |
