 Tail Docking
Would like to know hear some opinions (a vet would be great!) on docking tails. Missy is just 13 weeks old, will not be spayed, nor bred, nor shown.
I'm very paranoid of anesthesia having lost a Maltese while under. Have read a few posts about "laser docking." Any opinions on that?
I do not want it done, as I'm can't imagine inflicting any pain on her for cosmetic reasons only. Unfortunately, her Daddy, being a former Yorkie Dad with a dock tail thinks she will look silly with a tail. All opinions much appreciated. |
