A fish sucks the dead skin off of your feet...well, what goes in that fish must come out...so it poos in the tank. Now, you go stick your feet in there...where there is poo from someone else's feet.

Yeah I wonder about that too. Also, the fish mouth has been on many other feet, so is that sanitary? I would try it, but I'm not sure if it's clean.
