I was never overweight but was just really out of shape. I still have a long way to go to reach my goals but when I started I could only do about 20 crunches at one time and now I can do 100!!
This is to tell anyone who hasn't made the leap yet to get healthy to go ahead and do it!!! Its totally worth it.

Congratulations!! I agree with you...it is totally worth it. I took the plunge 2 weeks ago and I am down 6 pounds. I am far from my goal weight, but I feel great, both physically and mentally.
