Since there was a similar bill introduce in az not to long ago, my pesonal feelings on the issue is that I do not want the government in my business. They already snoop around too much and take too much of my hard earned money. Not only would this bill affect bybrs and mills (which would be a blessing), it will ruin the reputable breeders/exhibitor programs as well. I think there would be more harmful consequenses than good.
