I apologize, but I too mistakenly thought this was a joke...I couldn't fathom why anyone would purposely breed their 4 pound puppy.
There is alot I could "advise" and probably alot that SHOULD be said, but my short and sweet advice would be to have your girl spayed and terminate the pregnancy--truth be told it would probably be the option that is in HER best interest.
