this just happend to Tinkerbell: we tried the cabbage 1st, didn't really do anything, then took her to the vet, he put her on an anti inflamitory and antibiotic, and I still used a wet warm compress. this all worked well- I would say
take her to the vet and get her started on an antibiotic (amoxicillin) so she does not get an infection, good luck
she can still nurse when taking the meds your vet recomends.
