Hi i had this same issue with my girl when she had swollen teats. It was not Mastitis it was just swollen as the milk flow was blocked. I did the following as some fellow YTers suggested. Which helped within 3 days she was back to normal and no more swelling.
You will think this is wierd as i did when i heard it but it works!

You will want to try and express some milk from it every once in a while. She may be uncomfortable with this but it is for her best. Also take a piece of cabbage (straight from the refrigerator) and roll it out until the veins become translucent. Take a piece of a wet damp cloth and place the cabbage on the her swollen teat and place the cloth over the cabbage. Hold this in place for 15 minutes at least three times a day.

Im not sure how this works or what it does but it just does! Good luck and keep us posted.
