Angela, what is done, is done.
Now you need to find yourself a GOOD vet and have him examine her. Get the vet to help you decide what is best for your little girl at this time. You will probably need help, and maybe a c-section, when the puppies are born. This is nothing to fool around about, you could lose your little mom in a tragic and painful way.
There are people here who have lots of good information that could help you through this. Don't be afraid to post and ask questions. But first, get a good vet on board to help you.
