* To offer just to pay $75 for creamation + whatever insurance will pay.
* To magnanimously state she/the shop is responsible for her assistant's neglect? THAT's THE WAY BUSINESS WORKS.
* To state that it doesn't matter if she has to close up shop because "MY CUSTOMERS WILL FOLLOW ME ANYWHERE." Really? Any one who continues to go to this woman will "FOLLOW" HER TO HELL for entrusting this conscience-less woman with a life.
