I am so thrilled! Look what we had installed Wednesday & Thursday....I am in heaven!
With four yorkies this fence is a godsend.
Behind us lives a german shepard...the dogs would run back & forth along the chain link fence and I was always paranoid that one of mine were going to either be trampled or have a head on collision with another. There had been times that I'd see one of them roll and I know Lucky came back limping (just a short while) a time or two. So we don't have to worry about that anymore.
One the long fenced side is a home for slightly mentally challenged kids. One teenage boy would constantly come out when the dogs were out to see & pet them, but the dogs would always go barking crazy at him. That wouldn't phase him and he still would put his hands on our side without a care about being scratched or nipped. We were always having to go to the fence to back the dogs off and remind him to wait til the dogs calmed down before trying to pet them. Whew, don't have to worry about that anymore either; and neither do his caretakers. They are equally excited to see our fence go up. Made their job easier they told us.
On the short side, behind the garage lives a rat terrier. They also would all bark, though this neighbor has his dog trained to come when called, so that wasn't so much of a problem.
Whatever the case, I am so thankful to finally have our privacy fence up. Early this spring, I told hubby, "I want a privacy fence for my birthday." It's 3months late in coming (and not really my bday gift)..........but well worth the wait!!!!!

Lexie & Lucky trying to figure out WHY they can hear the neighbors & his dog, but they just can't see them.

It was kind of comical to see them so bewildered
