I agree.. by letting her out once she cries you are telling her all she has to do is cry enough and she'll be out. It is going to take a few nights of no sleep for the two of you. Put her crate on a table so when she is in it- she can see you. Make sure it is nice and cozy in there- big enough to lay down in but no extra room. Take her out before you go to bed. If she cries in there let her cry it out... if you wake up to her crying at night.. wait for a spit second when she stops.. take her out to pee/poop- all the while being calm and quiet- and then put her back in. This will take a few nights. But if she is like Layla she will LOVE her crate- she can't wait to get in there at night
