I had the help of chantix. I just took it Day by day and then month to month... now it will be year to year.
I taste things better. I love that I still smell clean at the end of the day, and not like smoke..
When I am around smoke I hate it and as soon as I get home I shower. I really can not stand the smell any more.
I try really hard not to that (Ex smoker that is mean) I just do my best not to go where people smoke.

I know what smoking can do to you.
My grandfather died from it. My Mother has infazema and maybe worse than that.
My grandma was given 6 moths to live 7 months ago.. she just had her PET scan done and the Cancer is GONE! It will come back but it is gone for now and we could not be more over joyed.
I wish every one well and you all have my total support in trying to stop smoking. (((HUGS)))
