yep just 7.97 at Walmart. they also had a lot of clothes on clearance for $5
The dress seems to be of good quality as well and the cherries are embroidered. :-D also it velcros on the waist and there are working buttons on the chest/neck. Im not sure if you can tell from the pic but there is also an underlay of tulle.
