 My first dog did the same thing
Tequi, my first dog, a chihuahua was totally housetrained and never, ever had accidents. Until about two months after I got Mini, a yorkie, she decides to mark all the area rugs in my house. I recently put down wood floors and purchased new rugs. She christened every one of them, right in front of me. The other area rugs I had on my carpet, she doesn't bother with. I guess, it's the new smell and she wants Mini to know who they belong to. They are just like kids. |
