My 2 wear a tiny cat collar with their names and my cell# embroidered on them. They do NOT have tags on these collars. Rebel got his tag hung in a floor vent last year and would've choked to death had I not been there to rescue him.
Mine wear harnesses (or a dress for Lucy) when they're on leash. Never use a leash on a collar for a yorkie.
