Just keep following up! I know I'm am forgetful and don't mean to forget to mail papers LOL...I sometimes have to be reminded to send papers once I get the letter from vet about spaying/neutering but I do eventually get them there....I know my life is hectic at times but just keep following up and I hope this breeder is on the up and up
