I'm sorry to hear about little Pia. I found this site: Pet Health Care Questions and Vet Advice. Ask Online Vets Advice on treating Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, Hamsters, Gerbils, Ferrets, Reptiles, Horses, Rabbits, Farm Animals, and More! - Just Answer!
I have never used the site myself. Of course, it can't compare to an exam by your vet but maybe someone can there can help.  I think there is a fee.
