I am so glad that it was moved to the general forum so that more people would be able to see what happened! It made me cry when I saw the pictures~I could even think about opening any of the video. Chia reminds me of my beloved Abby, just playful and wanting to have a little fun. Now he must suffer for the rest of his life without a tongue! It is just horrifing to even think about. I plan to let as many people that I know about this toy. So very sad!
